No complaint, we spent a very nice time here. Really enjoyed Lisbon, the hotel was nicely decorated and excellant value right in the centre of the town. It had perfect location, near the center of town near shops, all bars and the metro station Baixa-Chiado. Our twin room was top-class & air-conditioned. The view of the square was incredibly beautiful. Stayed for 2 nights, the stuff was attentive and knowledgeable during all this time.
Though everything was really good, some of the staff were very unfriendly.
